Your tasks:

• Management and development of our engineering team
• Technical responsibility for the development and realisation of our wood-clay ceiling solution
• Development of innovative construction methods and technical concepts in close collaboration with architects and planners
• Consultancy in the context of project enquiries for exciting national and international construction projects
• Exchange with universities and collaboration on research projects, as well as participation in conferences
• Optimisation of processes and structures for efficient production and assembly
• Co-operation with external partners, suppliers and clients
• Ensuring compliance with building regulations and safety standards

Your profile:

• Degree in timber construction, civil engineering or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the field of timber construction, ideally in a managerial role
• Sound knowledge in the planning and realisation of timber constructions
• Experience in product development in the construction industry, especially in the field of sustainable building materials, is an advantage
• Creative problem solver with an innovative spirit and an eye for detail
• Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and lead a team
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for sustainable construction methods and materials

Your Responsibilities: 

Marketing & Communications Strategy 

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance our brand visibility and communicate our mission effectively.
• Lead the creation of high-quality marketing materials in collaboration with designers, writers, and external agencies.
• Oversee content creation for blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms, keeping our audience informed and engaged. 

Digital Marketing & SEO/SEA 

• Optimize our online presence with data-driven SEO and SEA strategies to increase website traffic and conversions. 
• Manage and analyze marketing campaigns, ensuring all activities are tracked and optimized for performance. 

Event Management & Sales Support 

• Plan and execute customer events, trade shows, and webinars that showcase our innovations and build meaningful connections. 
• Support the sales team with tailored materials and creative initiatives to drive client engagement. 

Website Management 

• Regularly update and enhance our website, ensuring it reflects current developments and serves as a key touchpoint for customers. 

What You Bring to the Role: 

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives. 
• A collaborative mindset and readiness to take on/share tasks beyond your primary role, working seamlessly across functional areas in a dynamic startup environment. 
• Understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEA, and social media management. 
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. 
• Creativity and storytelling skills, with the ability to create authentic high-quality content that resonates with diverse audiences. 
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms.
• Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
